Hi, I’m Sophie, the maker behind We’re Girls. I’m a wife, mother, teacher, and earring obsessive.
I love bright colours and accessories that make everyday outfits feel more fun.

We’re Girls is a family run business. My husband is the brains behind our website and all things tech. He also makes and prints many of my earring cutters and laser cuts the earring stands we sell online.
My children all play a part too. If you’ve ever received a package from us, you’ll know that every delivery box or bag has been hand decorated with their love. They’re also my little hype humans and always want to be involved in any stage of the process they can.

The name We’re Girls is a tribute to my eldest daughter, who used to say, “We’re girls and they’re stinky boys!” whenever we made earrings together. She has an earring collection that could challenge my own and this obsession is quickly trickling down to my youngest daughter too.

Everything we make at We’re Girls is created with love and designed to last. All of our earrings are safe for little ears and made to be enjoyed by all ages.

Embedding star stud tops is my LEAST favourite thing to do all year. They’re so fiddly and have so many steps- some didn’t even make it into the video, like gluing, cleaning, and polishing.
But gosh, it’s all worth it when they’re finished! I LOVE how sturdy this makes my Christmas dangles, and I know these earrings will last for many Christmases to come.

I know it’s only October but I’m trying to get a head start on Christmas.
